2008 Undergraduate Arts & Sciences Symposium winners announced
Winners of the 91´«Ã½ 2008 Undergraduate Arts and Sciences Symposium have been announced. The symposium was held Wednesday, April 30, 2008 University Campus in Biddeford.
This annual symposium allows students and faculty members to present their research, classroom projects, art work, or other work done at 91´«Ã½ in either an oral presentation, poster presentation, or artistic display format.
There were more than 65 oral presentations ranging from "The Influence of Music on Performance in the Game Perfection" to "Evaluating the Saco Bay Estuary and its Potential Use as a Nursery Ground for In-shore Macrofaunal Species."
There were also more than 50 poster sessions ranging from "Artwork Display – Mind, Body, and Spirit" to " Influence of Gender on Sports Participation and Motivation."
Congratulations to all of the winners and to all other students who shared their works with the wider community.
